| Georgiea's family is very musically oriented, and that sure helped her become the singer and entertainer that she is today. Her Mom would often say that "without music, there would not be much family life". One of her uncles had his own band. Andother uncle wrote gospel music fo rthe family. Dancing and singing were just part of the fun that her family had on a regular basis. As a youngster, she would sing along to all the TV program songs. She also participated in the church either in choir or singing solos. And even long songs she could memorize, no problem. She has also always enjoyed getting dressed up. Always in the current style, too! In her time with the Country Music Singers Association, she has been very involved! She's always willing to help with the various activities that need to be done. Either in decorating the show auditorium, or in raising funds for various events, she'll pitch in when needed. Recently, she's be very instrumental in coordinating the November 7th "Salute to Patriotism" Veterans Show that is being sponsered by the Fraternal Order of the Eagles in Del City.
