~~ N'Lisa Havener ~~
Find a smile in the auditorium of the Country and Western Museum and Hall of Fame, and it's probably N'lisa!  Her smile is almost always on!  Her smile is contagious and is reflected in every song she sings, even if it is a serious song.  She has been very active in the CMSA.  You will find her in the Furr's cafeteria as co-emcee to her "god given" father, Tom Rousey.

Memorable performances include her rendition of "LaBamba" or the quite personal "You're My Hero" which she dedicated to her mother, who is her best friend and confidant.

N'Lisa was a very happy child, even at school.  She was usually the last to leave school because the just had to visit.  She also maintained excellent grades, even through college, graduating with a 4.0 GPA.  She possesses an Associate Degree from The Redlands Community College in El Reno, OK

All through school, she sang for programs and did some acting, both for the school and church , as well as civic organizations.  Her favorite era of music is 50's.  She also has several years of dancing lessons, which was another way of making people smile while performing on stage.

N'Lisa has been a member of the CMSA since December of 2006.  In 2007, N'Lisa and Tom Rousey competed in and won local and state competition in Oklahome.  In March 2008 theycompeted on the national level in Pigeon Forge, TN.  They won the first place award in the Adult Bluegrass Duet.  These two continue to bring enoyment to the members of the CMSA through their involvement in Open Mic Night, the Road Shows, and Country Shows.

After meeting N'Lisa, you'll soon realize how special she is.  And yet, you will most likely feel special to her as well.
