Marsha's love of singing started when she was a small child. Her love of music was kindled by her mother always having the radio on.
She was born here in Oklahoma, and is the youngest of her mother's children. She has two sisters and one brother. She attended Capitol Hill High School, and that's where she met Russell! Although the two were sweethearts while in school, Russell's military duty seperated them for several years. Fate brought them back together later, and they have just celebrated 32 years of marraige! They have 4 children, 7 grandchildren, and one great grandbaby that's just 8 months old.
Marsha has been a member of the Country Music Singers Association since 2005. Marsha loves many styles of music, and you'll always find her in the special 50's shows. She not only sings great songs, but she also dresses the part to a "T". She and her duet partner, Dale Tiller, took the song "Sweet Thang" for a great run in 2006, taking the award winning performance all the way to Pigeon Forge, TN in national competition. Her stagedress for that duet is still in the memory of many people today. A long robe, hair wrapped in a towel, and carrying a frying pan.
